ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Natalie and I've been where you are.

Motherhood didn’t unfold the way I expected. After years of longing for my child, I quickly realised that love alone doesn’t make parenting feel calm or steady.

I work with thoughtful, high-functioning parents who are tired of reacting, second-guessing themselves and carrying the mental load alone.

I am a conscious parenting and nervous-system informed coach. Using trauma-informed coaching, nervous system science and identity work, we change the patterns driving tension in your home so parenting becomes calmer, clearer and more effective.

My own experience with overwhelm and reactivity led me into deep training in nervous system regulation, trauma-informed practice and conscious parenting ,including mentorship under Dr. Shefali. The shift was profound. Now I guide mothers through that same transformation with clarity, structure and depth.

Today, as a certified Conscious Parenting Coach,

I help parents create that same shift so you can stop surviving parenting and start experiencing the calm, connected relationship you always wanted with your child.

HOW IT WORKS

Here’s how we create that shift together.

Over six weeks, we work through a structured internal shift not only in how you parent, but in how you experience yourself inside your family. My work focuses on helping parents change the internal patterns that drive conflict, guilt and exhaustion in family life. This is structured, practical and deeply transformative work.

THE PATHWAY METHOD JOURNEY: THE 6-WEEK PARENTING RESET

Week 1: Awareness

We identify what is driving reactivity and overwhelm. You begin to see the triggers, patterns and emotional load you’ve been carrying clearly and without self-blame.

Week 2: Your Blueprint

We connect your nervous system, personal history and parenting responses. Understanding replaces self-criticism and change becomes practical.

Week 3: Breaking Cycles

We interrupt repeating patterns:

reactivity, guilt loops and emotional escalation. You learn how to step out of them with structure and support.

Week 4: Responding Differently

You begin pausing sooner, reacting less and recovering faster. Not through willpower but through increased emotional capacity and awareness.

Week 5: Regulation First

You learn how to steady yourself in difficult moments so you can lead your child without escalating the situation. This is where the atmosphere at home starts to shift.

Week 6: Integration

By this stage, most parents feel noticeably calmer and more confident. You understand your patterns, know how to regulate yourself and feel more steady in your role as a parent.
